Illona is a graduate of the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors.  

She is also qualified in sports and remedial massage therapy through the London School of Sports Massage and as an exercise instructor.  Therefore, she encourages patient involvement by prescribing remedial exercises and stretches aimed to complement the treatment given.
